The President's Award for Teachers (PAT) and The Outstanding Youth in Education Award (OYEA) 2025
Dear Students, Parents and Educators,
Do you have a passionate, dedicated and inspiring LHPS teacher who has positively impacted you/ your child in your/ his/ her learning and beyond? Do consider nominating the teacher for the two national level awards.
President’s Award for Teachers (PAT)
The President’s Award for Teachers gives national recognition to experienced teachers for their dedication and hard work in developing our young. These teachers prepare students for life, as well as model commitment to continuous learning and enterprise. They inspire both their students and peers through their words and deeds.
Nomination for PAT 2025 is now open and will close on Friday, 10 January 2025.
Outstanding Youth in Education Award (OYEA)
The Outstanding Youth in Education Award seeks to recognise excellent young teachers for their youthful idealism, energy, enthusiasm and active involvement in the development of youths.
Nomination for OYEA 2025 is now open and will close on Friday, 10 January 2025.

Caring Teacher Award 2024
Dear Students, Parents and Educators,
Nomination for the Caring Teacher Award 2024 is now open. You can nominate deserving teachers for the award via online submission at https://www.cta.nie.edu.sg/home. Deadline for submission is 12 January 2024.
Inspiring Teacher of English Award (ITEA)
The Inspiring Teacher of English Award (ITEA) acknowledges teachers who ignite a love for the English language and are effective in helping their students speak and write accurately.
