Singapore Youth Science Fair 2018

A team of 4 students from 6 Loyalty participated in Singapore Youth Science Fair 2018 and their project was to conduct an investigation on the impact of meat and plant compost on the growth of plants. After a period of four months, they concluded that plant compost is better for plant growth and the pH level of the compost must be neutral in order to support plant growth.

The team clinched Distinction and Best Written Report Award, but most importantly, it was an enriching learning journey of scientific investigation for them. This was made possible with the support from Hui Ching (PSG Chairperson), Joe, Science Teachers (for bearing with the smell) and all who have helped in one way or another.

This is the video presentation of their project and journey for your interest.
